Summer steelhead is still in full swing up in the Columbia River Gorge and Fall chinook fishing is just around the corner! With over a million Salmon expected to return this fall to the Columbia River NOW is the time to book your trip!!!! There should be some realy big fish this fall as the chinook run is predicted to be comprised of alot of 4 and 5 year old fish!!! Can't wait for the run to show any week now!!!

Areas I fish are the Columbia/Willamette Rivers, Sandy River, North Coast Bays including Tillamook, Nehalem River, Trask River, Wilson River and of course the Famous Bouy 10 fishery in the fall out of Astoria near the mouth of the Columbia River. We also fish outside of Portland in the Columbia River Gorge with its high cliffs and breath taking views of wildlife. The fishing here below Bonneville Dam is some of the most productive water to fish anywhere on the Columbia River!! Salmon, Steelhead and Sturgeon can be present almost year round as well as great fishing for Walleye and many other species of warm water fishing. I give a hands on approach to all aspects of fishing regardless if you have some or no fishing experience.
